Empowering Your Journey to Wellness

Sunday Law

MS, LM, CPM, CST, CYT, CHES

I was born at home in Truchas, a small mountain town in northern New Mexico, to a brave mother full of self-confidence in her ability to give birth naturally. I was her third natural birth baby. I feel my mother’s strength led me to be a midwife and birth my own three babies at home. Giving birth naturally is among the most beautiful, empowering experiences of my life. For more than 24 years, I have witnessed the miracle of life and feminine power, one birth at a time. Creating a beautiful, safe, and loving space for the birth of the next generation is an honor, a pleasure, and a great service to humanity. My experiences inspire me to share with others who seek holistic pregnancy and birth in a labor of love.

I began my studies of midwifery in 2001 at the International School of Midwifery in Miami, FL, and have been an LM and CPM since 2003. I have had the honor to learn and work in homebirth practices, birth centers, clinics, hospitals, and abroad in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and India. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, Craniosacral Therapist, and Certified Health Education Specialist, and I hold a Masters Degree in Integrative Health Promotion. I also recently graduated as a Classical Homeopath from AHE.

I have the honor and joy of working alongside other amazing community midwives and birth workers including Lori Pearson Kramer, Elizabeth Cassidy, Kai Ayers, Casea Quednow, and Sheaffer Palermo (See Below).

About SriDasi

The name SriDasi comes from Sanskrit. Sri is a name for the Divine Feminine (Sri Radhe) and Dasi means “servant of”.  As a lifelong practitioner of Bhakti Yoga, I consider my work to be my sacred livelihood – a devotional offering to the Divine.

SriDasi was founded with a deep commitment to the well-being and empowerment of individuals and families during the childbearing and parenting years. I strive to create a nurturing environment by providing individualized, integrative services that blend traditional wisdom with modern wellness practices.

I envision a community where everyone feels supported in their journey to optimal health and vitality.

Every Woman Needs a Midwife in Any Stage of Life

Lori Pearson Kramer, RN, CNM, MSN

Lori Pearson Kramer is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health from adolescence through the life span. She has over 30 years experience providing healthcare for women with a blended approach of western, herbal and nutritional knowledge resulting in a compassionate, common sense and timeless approach to health.

Her perspective originates from a different kind of wellness-one with a consciously constructed world view. One seeped in creating meaning and purpose, where you are the responsible participant in your life and health. I am interested in facilitating transitions to wholeness and changing patterns, helping you create meaning regardless of external conditions, and supporting what’s emerging in your life that needs birthing.

Her call to midwifery began when she was 11 years old. She believes birth is a natural, physiological process, and should not be treated as pathology. She supports women and families with extra-tender care and attention during the childbearing years.

Empowering Your Journey to Wellness

Sheaffer Palermo

Sheaffer is a mother to five children, a sovereign birth companion, is immersed in wise woman midwifery studies, and is a home birth assistant.

Her call to midwifery began during her first pregnancy over 20 years ago. She has been called to support those within the childbearing continuum in making collaborative, informed, and autonomous decisions by prioritizing each unique woman, baby, and family dynamic. She brings a wealth of lived experience to birth work and is informed by her continued commitment to education outside of the mainstream medical industrial complex. While deeply respecting the system when it is needed Sheaffer believes strongly that pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting are not medical events. She holds the belief that these rites of passage are profound spiritual and transformational experiences.

Sheaffer is called to the wild rhythms of nature and the cosmic turnings for her therapy and spiritual practices and leans into folk medicine for her family’s wellness. She tends to gardens, chickens, and dogs in the rural high desert.
